Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how businesses operate, compete, and grow. But adopting AI tools is just the beginning - true value comes from being ready to use them effectively across your organisation.

This brief assessment will help you understand where your business stands in its AI journey. By answering questions across five key areas - from the AI solutions you've implemented to how your workforce uses them - you'll gain insights into your organisation's AI readiness and identify opportunities to unlock greater value from AI investments.

The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and covers:

AI Services and Solutions – What AI tools you're using and how widely they're deployed

Business Systems and Data Quality – How well your business systems are set up support AI

Workforce Usage and Skills – Your team's AI capabilities and access to training

AI Strategy – How clearly defined and resourced are your AI objectives

Ethics and Responsible AI – Your approach to managing AI risks and ensuring ethical use

At the end, you'll receive a personalised maturity profile showing your strengths and areas for development, helping you make informed decisions about your next steps in AI adoption.

Privacy Statement

Deloitte has developed this tool to help SMBs better understand and assess their level of AI Maturity relative to their industry peers.

If you choose to complete the assessment, you will be asked to provide some basic information about you and your business such as your email address and the industry the business operates in.

At no point are you required to provide sensitive personal information (also called 'special category' personal information), such as information about your ethnicity, health and wellbeing or sexuality.

Your responses will be used to assess your AI Maturity. In addition, the survey results may be displayed anonymously for future respondents to compare their results against.

All responses will be aggregated into groups and only reported on if they contain at least 5 responses. As a result, your answers will not identify you individually.

Your responses will be stored by Deloitte and will not be shared under any circumstances.
